Nao Now is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Specialist to support the onboarding experience for our growing online education team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, follows processes carefully, and takes pride in accuracy and follow-through.

You will manage onboarding workflows, coordinate documentation, track mentor requirements, and ensure every new hire has a smooth and professional onboarding experience from start to finish. This role also requires availability during Korean peak operations hours to support mentors with class issues, questions, and urgent concerns in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for new hires
  • Prepare, review, and organize onboarding documents and mentor records
  • Coordinate onboarding schedules, training sessions, and internal communications
  • Ensure all onboarding steps are completed accurately and on time
  • Maintain detailed HR tracking systems and databases
  • Identify and resolve issues before they become larger problems
  • Provide timely support to mentors during Korean peak operations hours for inquiries and concerns
  • Support other HR operations and initiatives

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with systems, and HR tools
  • Able to work independently and follow structured processes
  • Previous HR, recruitment, onboarding, or administrative experience is preferred
  • Must be available to work during Korean peak hours (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM KST)
